Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options and get you your product as fast as possible.


Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS.

 
If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.


Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS or UPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

 

DELIVERY TIMES 

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Cigar Life is not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by USPS or UPS
  • Wrong addresses provided by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

USA ORDERS

We use USPS to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 2-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping times vary for international orders depending on your location. Shipping time estimates are provided when orders are placed.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

The recipient is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.


FAILED DELIVERY/RETURN TO SENDER

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.


DAMAGES

Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a replacement.  Please contact us at cigarlifecl@gmail.com for assistance with damage returns.
